In our restaurant you can taste the typical Piedmontese boiled meat, with cutting in the room directly from our cart (as we like to say: the beautiful live cut). You can choose the 7 cuts which do you like most among: local hen, cotechino, head, tongue, muscle, white-faced, tail.
